All orders are processed and shipped from Hawaii and all products are guaranteed to leave the bakery in perfect condition. Shipping rates are calculated per shipping address based on your merchandise sub-total after discounts. The quality of your order is a top priority of Honolulu Cookie Company.

We recommend ordering tropical flavors during the months when temperatures are high in Hawaii (between March to October). During these months, orders being shipped to the US, Canada and Australia that contain chocolate dipped cookies are only shipped Monday to Wednesday. Orders with non-chocolate dipped cookies are shipped Monday to Friday.
