All shipments originate from Hawaii. Most US shipments are sent via UPS 2nd-Day Air. APO/FPO and Guam shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail. We currently ship internationally to Japan and Canada only. We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
We normally ship within 1-3 business days after an order is received. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery via UPS to US street addresses. For international, APO/FPO and Guam shipments, please allow up to 10-14 days for delivery. For bulk or special shaped cookie orders, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. For shipping orders placed at our retail store locations, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Please provide current and accurate ship to information to ensure proper delivery and to avoid delays with your order. An $11.00 charge may be applied to your credit card for redirected packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided. Guarantees also do not apply when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given.
Honolulu Cookie Company is not responsible for duties, taxes or other additional fees related to international shipments. If you are sending a gift to an international address, the recipient will be responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply.
Chocolate dipped products may experience melting during delivery. We do not recommend shipping chocolate dipped products during the summer (May thru September) and/or to warm weather destinations. We do not recommend shipping chocolate dipped cookies to international, APO/FPO and Guam addresses. During summer months, orders containing chocolate dipped cookies are shipped on Monday thru Wednesday only.
All products are guaranteed to leave the bakery in perfect condition. However, our cookies may be damaged during shipping.

Honolulu Cookie Company has retail store locations in Hawaii; therefore, we are subject to charge tax on internet, phone, fax and mail order purchases being shipped to Hawaii addresses. Oahu shipments are will be charged 4.712% tax; all other Hawaii shipments, 4.166%.
