After a decade of being in business and sixteen stores later, we are still expanding our retail operations. Come be a part of Honolulu Cookie Company’s highly energetic retail team. The people in our manufacturing department work tirelessly every day to bake thousands of our premium pineapple-shaped shortbread cookies and send them to our customers around the world. To keep up with the demand of our product, our bakery facility operates nearly 24 hours a day.
