While most our stores continue to remain temporarily closed, we continue to share aloha with our online ordering and hope to provide a little bit of happiness during these difficult times.
We are excited to finally share that we will resume our online ordering starting Wednesday, April 29th and will begin shipping orders on Monday, May 4th. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Japan addresses at this time but are working towards resuming and will provide an update as soon as we are able. From all of us at Honolulu Cookie Company, we truly thank you for your unwavering support and patience as we determine the best way to share aloha and provide our cookies again during these uncertain times.
During our closure, we have been working on plans for how we can resume operations for our online ordering with the safety and well-being of our employees being our top priority. We have adjusted our operations to make sure we can maintain social distancing and have implemented new protocols and procedures for increased sanitation, PPE requirements and safety measures for our employees.
With our limited operations, unfortunately not all our products will be available for purchase at this time, however, we have a good selection of favorites to enjoy!
While our stores continue to remain temporarily closed, we are happy to be able to share aloha again with our online ordering and hope to provide a little bit of happiness during these difficult times.
Aloha and Happy Shopping!
From the beginning, our vision has always been to share the spirit of aloha. During this challenging time, we’ve truly missed being able to welcome guests into our stores and share aloha through our cookies and in-store experiences. Now more than ever, we lean on each other for support as we recognize that we are stronger together. We are excited to announce that we’ve partnered with local companies, Foodland and HFA, to help us find a new way to share our cookies again within our local community here in Hawaii. Our products are now available at 15 Foodland locations on Oahu, Maui and The Big Island, while supplies last. It has been amazing to see the community’s support and we are truly grateful to have found a way to bring our cookies back to the community that we are so proud to be a part of.
During these unprecedented times, we have all shown our resiliency and have been standing together to support one another. It has provided many of us with hope and we know it is our duty to be part of the solution as well. To show our support, we will continue to do what we can to share aloha by donating cookies to first responders and those in need with the hope that it serves as a sweet reminder of better days to come.
While our stores remain temporarily closed in Hawaii, Las Vegas and Guam, we are working towards resuming our online ordering within the next couple of weeks. Please check back for more updates. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time and hope you and your families stay safe and healthy.
Aloha Valued Customers,
At Honolulu Cookie Company, our top priority is the well-being and safety of our customers, team members, family, and the communities we serve. As the situation around COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to evolve, we look to our core values for guidance and feel it is our responsibility to do our part to mitigate the spread of the virus. With this in mind, we have decided to temporarily close all our store locations in Hawaii, Las Vegas and Guam, as well as suspend production and online ordering until further notice starting Thursday, March 19.
It is a difficult decision for any business to pause their operations, but we believe it is the right thing to do to protect our customers, our employees and our community. As our stores and operations are closed, we are implementing plans to support our employees during this time, including continuing pay for this two-week period.
As we navigate through this unprecedented time, we will continue to work with our teams, monitor the situation and communicate updates.
We thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to welcoming you back into our stores and sharing aloha with our cookies again once we are able to reopen.
We wish you and your family good health and safety.
